Rain Wifi

I have been dealing with rain since last week regarding my refund they asked my bank statement I submitted and till today they not telling me when to expect my refund as I double paid on month end of May 2024.

Can you please refund me I don't know why I always have to battle with you guys when I request a customer service . What's worse I requested call backs from them since last week and they did not come back to me I was forced to use my funds to call them 3 times where I spend about 20 minimum non call with them . This is an unnecessary cost that I am incurring. Please respond to me on what date my refund will be processed
