Rain wifi

Rain is the worst. My wifi has been down from the 14th of July and I have been submitting tickets and have not gotten any feedback, I called Rain on the 19th trying to get them to fix my wifi. I was given a reference number and was told someone wil get back to me.... I called them again today and the only answer I got was that I need to wait... This is totally unacceptable ... I pay alot every month for something that rarely works.. Please advise me on what to do next. Kind regards
