Rain Wifi

I tried not get hold of Rain to arrange my account but to no avail. They simply just cut off your services if you do not make 1 payment. Now, today, try to make arrangements with them, but they do not contact me back.

I made arrangements to pay on Friday and Rain promise not to cut me off. Now I have been cut off and Rain refuse to transfer me to a human. I am speaking to a AI. Promise me they will reconnect me, lies, lies. Can someone, a human contact me.
