Rain WIFI - 60 Meg Line gives Upload of 1.06 & Download of 7.26 & no one cares
Our 60meg line has an upload of 1.06, download of 7.26. Numerous reports made to support, numerous promises of assistance. NOTHING DONE. Terrible support service, terrible customer care, I am a new client, very disappointed.

23 Feb 2025, 18:57 It is very easy to complain publicly loudly when things go wrong. The making of a service provider is how they deal with the problem at hand. Gary, Shaylen and other members of their team have been in communication with me though email, calls and WhatsApp for the entire weekend. The problem was found, a solution offered, and support given in a professional and speedy manner. CONGRATULATIONS RAIN - and Thank You all for assisting me over the weekend, and the continued support. I has been appreciated.
