Rain wifi

Good day I have no issue wit the wifi it's awesome. I just have a issue with your debit orders not going off on my new account I changed accounts and still it wants to go off on my old account we had a promiss to pay for Monday and it did not debit my new account it still debited the old one and I did update my details on the website. But now when I want to use my rain app I can't even get into my app it keep opening up and then immediately closing again can some one please get in touch with me so that we can resolve these please I need muly wifi up otherwise my wife can't work.
