Rain WiFi

Rain WiFi is very useless. I subscribed with them last year, I did not have any issues with them in the beginning until October 2025 whereby The router started showing an error message "Check account" I kept contacting them but they kept promising to fix it. And I was paying the subscription despite that . In December 2025 was my last payment and I called them to cancel the subscription and they told me to cancel it on the potal but I did not manage. And they called for promise to pay for January 2026 and they promised that they will cancel. But even today still not canceled. The amount due keep on increasing.
