Rain wifi
Rain wifi i am not happy with the way they handling my problem, my wifi not been working for two months now and I have been wasting my airtime calling and calling but no assistance.. i have canceled but still deducting in my account need my money back please and cancel this wifi..

26 Feb 2024, 12:33The router is not connecting is has no internet connection for the past two months so i am billed for something i am unable to use dur to your system tower problems, so how come no amount due to pay me?? I want my money back now and router collected immediately because it i have requested cancelation last month already.. i am nit happy with this solution you're coming up with now.. please give my money back i have paid for nothing and i have been wasting my airtime money calling rain for same thing over and over again. 😒
