Rain wifi

I am.again appealing for any assistance from Rain Service provider. After checking the modem at another venue it works.

Re installed again at my residence it worked for 2 hours and same problem. Wifi emblem and exclamation Mark. It points out it is a transmission problem. Come on Rain tommorrow is a week I have had no internet . It's a disgrace . I am.at my wits end I feel.this is the worse service I have ever had.
