Rain wifi

having a bad service from this Rain Home wifi ,I paid my account on the 3rd of June and my internet was working fine and on the 6th of June the internet was cut off and I called them and asked them and they said they will allocate someone from billing to call me and fix my situation. They said they will call me after an hour and no one called and i called them again and said i must wait 24hrs my account will be fixed. Since I have waited on them and no one has called me. When I called them last week and they gave me this ticket number ***6 and yesterday I called and my call got cutt off cause i ran out of airtime. Then sent a WhatsApp and they gave me this reference ***4.

Can they please refund me my money
