Rain Wi-Fi service failure

Every time we have a power failure or ioad shedding we loose our 5G internet connectivity with the Rain towers on weekends and after hours, in spite of numerous discussions and complaints to customer service the problem persists. As far as I am aware they appear to be the only WiFi service provider in the area with this problem. No offer to discount loss of service, no feed back, no solution.......
