Rain wi fi *****s

Rating sould be minus 10 stars . These are by far the most *********** bunch of idiots i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with . We took out a wi fi contract with these *****s 2 years ago but a vew months into contract service just stopped . So we inquired as to what problem is and were told it was deu to non paymint . So we sent them the proof of paymint and were told it would be corrected imidiatly . And so began a 3 month strugle of over and over sending them proof of paymint and being told it would be corected and nothing happening . Aventully we gave them up for usseles and canceld the contract . Now almost 2 years after receving the confermation of termenation for this contract we recieve a notice from dept colectors that rain has handed our acount over to them for bad dept colectoin . O and by the way actauly rain still owes us the paymints for those 3 months we got no service but kept paying . This they actualy admit in the temination letter . Seriosly these people sould not be runing a ****a shop never mind a wi fi provider. TOTAL IDIOTS
