rain wi-fi poor service delivery

im absolutely disappointed in rain i ordered a rain wi-fi package fully paid for around R680+- a month, my delivery date was essential because it was for business purposes now im lossing money because the rain consultant said i would only need a copy of my identity documentation reason being informed the consultant I had been ****** and he said a copy would be fine now i must wait another 3 weeks... i demand quality service from such a big company im very very disappointedly.
