Rain Wi Fi no service or wi fi

Bought system from Rain 9 days ago. Still no Wi Fi. Sent 3 x email with no reply Called Support 5 x time with promises of reply still not one call ore email reply. Tried to call manager Anthony Vermeul always on a call and will call me back, second time I've called still waiting for a reply. Tried to Cancel subscription waiting for paperwork no reply. This place is a joke please if you are thinking about joining rain for WI Fi DON'T
