Rain wi-fi

My rain Wi-fi was off again liked it was thw swcond time now in on month. I paid my wi-fi every month but the problem is this is a prepaid wi-fi so you pay then you get wi-fi if not pay your wi-fi is off. So I payd for this month and last night they put my wi-fi off. So when I call them like 4 time for this morning and no one pick the phone up. So I send them I email and still now replay. Rain is a bad wi-fi provider. I report you to Hello petter so that other people also can see that RAIN is up to ****t.
