Hi Rain, no it does not clear anything as it seems you think I don't understand. If I had no service during August as the service ended in July and was postpaid at the end of July how the hell is it possible that I'm still paying at the end of August for no service in a post service payment environment??

O for crying out loud!! I HAD NO SERVICE IN AUGUST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO, I CANNOT BE PAYING FOR ANY SERVICE POST PAID AT THE END OF AUGUST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So next month I will still be paying postpaid for the non-existing service I had in September? You really think people are stupid don't you??

In a postpaid environment you pay the service at the end of that period. Thus, for service rendered in July I paid at the end of July. Then the service gets cancelled at the end of July, so NO services are rendered in August. Come end August I get postpaid charge for NO services rendered.
Now, with your last reply, you shake me off, ***** R500 from me and tell me you are sorry I don't agree with your bully techniques.

Listen it is clear you don't understand or cannot read. I have all the statements. Did you even take the time to look at the statement I included in my last message and read what I said??? It clearly shows the services billed was for July and was paid for at the end of July.
What dont you understand, the statement you provided me is clear.
