Rain why do you debit my account after cancellation months ago?
I cancelled rain in September due to financial constraints. I got confirmation that my subscription was cancelled but Rain keeps going into my account to debit and now my account is overdrawn. I was hoping to resubscribe as soon as I am financially stable but after this abuse by Rain I will consider other networks.
