rain ...where's my wifi connection ?

I was at first very impressed with rain until I upgraded my internet plan , I received my new sim card on 9 June. rain emailed and sent me a text saying that the sim card had been activated. However I have no network connection . rain does not have a customer care phone number , the only means of contact is through the "Support" portal on their website. Since the 9the June I have sent approximately 6 requests for assistance with no response to date !! I have also dealt with a lady by the name of Muriel Mano via direct email also with no reply. I have no internet and am at a loss as to what to do.
