Rain where no customer service exists!

I have been having an absolutely horrible experience with Rain. Since my last review I was contacted and assurance was given that the issue would be resolved. However, 2 weeks later and I am still in the same place. I have made a purchase with no device to show for it. No communication at all. The total lack of customer service has left me disapointed in the organisation.
