Rain when down the state entity road.

Absolutely trash service.

Only thing that is good about them is their call center agents are polite and can actually hold conversations outside of the script. Other than that they are as reliable as Eskom.

Lost connection a week ago with some intermittent connections but nothing above 1mb/s.

Sent a few emails that only came back as a APN or a down town. Look I understand a down tower, but notify and go and fix the tower.

All they told me was to wait a day or two. It's been a week.

I joined them originally in 2017 or 2018 sometime and was with them for a while before I got fiber. Moved and though "hey rain was always good to me why not return?" They went down the same road as a state owned enterprise.

Sad to say this but if you can, don't go to rain.
