Rain - What terrible service!
I was a long term customer with Rain (ISP) - Cancelled my subscription on the 23rd of December 2024 whilst paying upfront for the month of January 2025. End of January 2025 another debit order / subscription fee gets deducted off my bank account. Does Rain deny that I gave notice and then after providing them with evidence do they only want to cancel services in February 2025. I am now battling terribly to get my subscription fee refunded. Terrible service! There any many other companies available....

07 Feb 2025, 10:30So, after my post Rain makes contact with me to tell me that the router will be collected within 5 working days after which upon processing and receipting it will take another 7-10 working days to process a refund - How freaking ridiculous... Quick to make a mess of matters and then another month or so to process a refund - Seriously!

So, after my post Rain makes contact with me to tell me that the router will be collected within 5 working days after which upon processing and receipting it will take another 7-10 working days to process a refund - How freaking ridiculous... Quick to make a mess of matters and then another month or so to process a refund - Seriously!
