RAIN - WHAT SERVICE? THERE IS NONE!

Absolutely appalling!!! We have been with Rain for about 6 months and pay R825 per month for a service we can hardly ever use. We have very limited access to the internet and our router has never displayed "Good / strong signal" instead it is always in the "yellow zone", no matter where we move the router in the house. The past 2 weeks have been especially terrible and we are without internet access more often than not, even as I am typing this review, I have to use mobile data to get it uploaded as I have no internet service. I work from home and this is becoming a real crisis. No help from "Support Team". I highly recommend you to look elsewhere when considering a service provider because you will surely be greatly disappointed if you choose Rain.
