#Rain, what do we need to do to get a decent internet connection?

I have been terribly disappointed and left bitterly angry with the way Rain is just failing to provide a satisfactory service to the end user. Rain's 4G R479 unlimited internet connection at speeds of up to 10mb/s is an over sell... It is a miracle if you can average 2mb/s for even an hour. I have been with Rain for almost a year now but it seems the service and internet speed is just getting worse.
