Rain, what a useless service provider

This is one of the worst service providers you can ever find, no service available after hours and problem solving is definitely their weak point

I have logged 3 faults and still have not received a solution to my problem, internet connection is poor and download speeds are 345kbps after paying for a 50mbps line speed

If you manage to speak to a agent they always have the same excuse that the technician is trying to resolve the issue, I don't know who's service is worse Eskom or Rain, at least Eskom puts the lights back on....... Other than Rain you don't get what you pay for at all

My suggestion is don't even waste your time or money, 3 days and still having the same issues (no internet access) (signal strength poor)
