Rain what a useless internet service provider

I've had only good things to say in the pased and I have referred a lot of people to the network, so my wife ordered internet from them because of the good service that we use to have, so it's been days of calling and reset and calling and reset but the problem is on there side and I can not talk to the people in the right department so I've now been paying for internet that I do not have and after numerous attempts to get it fixed nothing, what a waste of time I'm so disappointed I will never refer anyone to them again my business is suffering from the fact that I have no internet and they tell you they will call you back but no one comes back to us I wil have to cancel and find someone else
