Rain - what a tieving lot you are.
I ordered a router, and cancelled the service before the router was delivered. To day, some 20 plus days later, i can not get a refund of my initial payment of R499
This sounds like a poorly run thieving company, with no resposne, and stupid e mails asking me to rate their service every single time i request my refund.
to date, i have received nothing but lies from the 3 calls i had from their service agents.
