Rain.. What a load of Bull

So previously I complained about the upload speeds, and how rain wasn't able to offer any other packages, behind told by the agents over the phone that they concentrate on download speeds and will never in the near future be able to off more than 2Mbps upload speed (wishful thinking, lucky if you get o. 01Mbps), was phoned after the review and told the same thing... No that I cancelled and moved, my wife is being harassed as to why, and what they can offer etc... Also, after cancelation we got charged again for the new month... Stay away from Rain guys... Was a brilliant company and provider, but since the cut back on expenditure, and profit results therefore if you look at, as a publicly listed company... They have tapped out their bandwidth and are splitting so sp****ly with customers for profit!!! Until they invest in infrastructure etc.. Again.. DEAD PROVIDER... Check the articles on broadband. Co. Za as well.. From number 2... To last best Lte provider in one year... Directors got greedy, lost the ball, and complacent... I've also already moved 20 people over from rain to my new provider, will take a lot more...
