RAIN. WHAT A JOKE

If there was an option to give them 0 starts i would have so one star for the first year of good service. I have been with rain since they launched but from the beginning of this year what a disgrace. I have tried to come in contact with them this entire year and no one has ever contacted me back. SHAME ON YOU. They get millions from all their customers and no customer service. SHAME ON YOU. My internet is so ****. Im 200m away from their tower and my speed is 0.5 Mbps 24/7. and rain dont give a **** any more. Sis man. you guys just keep disappointing. what happened to the Rain we use to know. If this gets to rain hope they will actually say like i have read in all the other complaints. SOMEONE WILL CONTACT YOU. As if haha. You guys are a joke. So if you actually read this.
