Rain - what a disgrace!

A full 33 hours without any internet connection, no updates and useless call centre agents who keep promising to get me updates! I've made it clear that I rely on my internet connection for work but I've had to spend about R300 to get data just to get work done! And on top of that, no updates, nothing! What an exhausting exercise it's been dealing with Rain!
