Rain - what a disgrace
I am waiting for a refund since the 16 March 2022, and every time I call them they say they will escalate the issue or you get the refund is done. One month later and still no refund. I will definitely not recommend this company. Please think twice before you take a contract out with them

I have gone through my bank account and the payment is not reflected on my account. I even contacted my bank to check with them and they dont see anything on their side.
