Rain Welcoming commitee

I have just got the 5G package from Rain this week. Literally 3 days ago and already I am to my neck with them. The 1st few people got my router working for 30 mins and it bombed out. Then the guys from " India" pointed out that the tower I connect to is currently down. Funny thing is that this tower is literally 4 weeks old and already its down and unable to be fixed. What a Welcoming committee Rain has given me and my family.

How do you fail to have an ETA on your own infrastructure? This is just a **** I tell you.
