Rain we were told is not contract but prepaid

I knew rain as a prepaid if you don’t pay you don’t receive data and that’s the information that was given that it’s prepaid not contract no payment no data. I stopped last year August to my surprise this year rain took R4500 in my account and I don’t understand how because it’s prepaid and that’s what I was told.

I’m also surprise how did standard bank authorize that debit without my consent because I am their client not rain and when I enquired they told me to provide proof of cancellation but how because rain is prepaid and I am their client not rain.
