Rain - We still need You!

Good Morning HelloPeter - I never thought I would be one to try find a solution through complaining - but this is my last resort to Rain Networks - I have been using them for well over 3-4 Years Plus and they have had a great response time and service and connectivity etc. Currently I am on 3 Packages of theirs with 5G. The Long & Short of my Issues is with the failure to upgrade my packages further for better speeds and connectivity - I even asked them to come and install an outside router and that gave me no joy/assistance - I tried emailing and calling and logging tickets but nothing has help... Please Help Rain.
