rain wants to **** me

I only received my router on Monday, Tuesday morning when I switch it on it only worked for few minutes. i logged a call on Wednesday i was told logistics will come and collect and test if if its not working they will give me another router. Now I have to call them everyday and they are not doing anything they still have not helped me. I asked them to cancel it because I'm not using it they say I must wait till next month while I'm not even using the router. I think I just got ****med
