Rain wants to ***** from me
Rain is charging me for unprovided service. Usualy if u dont pay they cut your internet. So i havent been using it for a few monts and then when i wanted to activate my rain again i get the surprise of an amount of 4 months in arears. Phoned them and the lady says im paying for the service. I asked what service because the internet was of for few months and the router unplugged. She kept on going on about the service. This is the worst internet provider ever!!!! Useless!!

Please note that I am willing to pay for the month that I used but also no longer be using your services so You can come collect your router if you want.
Also it is unacceptable to expect to pay for a couple days that you decide to put the wifi on.
You will be able to see that there was no usage since the router was packed away in the box.
