Rain wants to deduct double the monthly amount

Not sure how I feel about this service as yet. I signed up in April, paid the R1. I took the R549 a month plan. My card was ****** so the payment has not gone off yet.

My issue is the amount you want to debit from me. Over R900. What is this Rain?? Why am I paying in advance?? This bill includes the period from April to now and the whole of June.

NO ONE informed me that this is the way you will bill.

I have sent two tickets today and no one has come into contact with me.

Conveniently I am now registered on the 3G network and not on 5G anymore. With constant episodes of no internet available. Really Rain?

Can someone please assist me with an easypay number?? I have been on the pjone on 2 seperate occasions and no one in your call center can help me!!! The app does not hive me "payment options"!!!!
