RAIN WANTING PAYMENT FOR A SERVICE THEY DID NOT RENDER
Rain has an advance payment billing structure! I don't know whether their business is facing competition and is struggling, now they want to billl me for service I didn't enjoy. For three months I was as off rain and their system blocked me off. Now I want to reconnect and they say I should pay for the three months I was offline and nit getting any service from them. That is illogical and unfair. To me it is sign of desperation from their side. Maybe they have not scanned the market to know that there are many other service providers giving same deals like them. Be aware that RAIN will drench you.

As I said my daughter had undertaken to pay for me consistently every month going forward, I will.choose from other readily-available competitors cause I will not pay R1 500 that I did not get any benefits for. I chose to be loyal to Rain and wanted to do come back and do repeat business, but you have decided to forfeit future stable payments opting for R1 500 that you will not get. I guess that makes business sense for Rain.
