Rain wanting more money

Trying to cancel my subscription is unsuccessful. I was with rain. Then stopped using them. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for a while now. December I spoke with a client care official, and was told like R16.40 outstanding, that's why they could not cancel it. I immediately payed the amount and was assured that it will be canceled, end of December. Now rain wants R499 again from me. It seems like it is a **** from them to get ppl in and then won't let go of you. A company full of lies and deceit.
