Rain want to take full payment and give have Service

I don't understand my internet of Rain was off from 30 Mei until in June after hundreds off calls to Rain and Rain telling me the Towers in mt area is off and loads of excuses it was fixed i then asked that i want to be reimbursed for the time period that my internet was off as i can not pay for a full month and only get a half month internet i was then told they will reimburse me i juat need to call them again end of the month. So call them today once again only excuses as now they want to investigate and so its not my fault the internet was off as of 30Mei why must i spent 400 in calls to get 50 of my monthly payment this is ridiculous Rain is taking money but don't want to provide service.
