Rain wanna take my money by force

I had a an agreement to be debited on the 25th monthly and cancelled on the 10/06/2022 after almost 6 months with them as their network is very bad, only to be told they are still going to deduct again on the 25th as it was scheduled no matter if i still use their services, how is it a month to month service where '' you pay and use'' but when you wanna cancel they take your money by force. I spoke to one of the consultants who said "thats how it is" I am very angry with how they treat their clients 😡😡😡
