Rain vs Vumatel

Towers have been down in atteridgeville for 2 months now and no one has ever come to fix them. We are paying huge subscriptions and it's all going to waste. Vumatel has come to the area and they are taking over and we are trying to stay loyal to rain but it looks like we are not being taken serious. Maybe it's time I cancel my subscription. It's too much for a wifi I hardly use due to network.
