Rain voucher strategy is a ****!!

I was so satisfied with the customer service that I got when I app**** for my rain fibre but unfortunately things have changed since I made a order on the 11th of April my order had to be delivered between the 12th to the 17th today is the 25th I’m still waiting I have been trying to call, leave messages and even request calls from their website and support and still no communication has been made. I am very disappointed
