Rain - VERY VERY POOR SERVICE

Rain is very quick to take your money, but it takes them weeks just to get back to you. 1. They messed up my delivery address (1st time round) 2. They messed up my order (delivered 4G sim and not 5G sim & router) 3. They just don't get back to you 4. They don't answer phones 5. They took the "live chat" off the website 6. No way communicating with them. Just wonder how people (investors) actually invest money in such a company? I would never want to have my name linked to a company with such bad customer service. I will make sure that everyone I know, looking for a service provider, understand that Rain is not the place to consider. They take your money very quickly, but that is the only thing that is done on time. I really hope Rain's CEO's read this.
