RAIN UTTERLY USELESS

I only gave a star in order to write the review as Rain does deserve any form rating. Have $&@¥ slow internet and have been getting the same stupid reply that I need a ticket with them and have given them. Am still waiting for this useless lot to contact me and actually explain what the hell is going on. You people really are useless. Just take a person’s money but deliver ****** all. Your service is so **** that your own speed test does not even want to load. That is how useless you actually are.
