Rain Uselessness

Terrible terrible terrible customer care. I've been attempting to cancel my contract since the 2nd week of August a month later it still hasn't been cancelled. Went to drop off the router at the warehouse they refused to accept it, expecting to continue wasting my resources and go look for a rain shop I have never been too. This is beyond frustrating!!!
