Rain useless with attitude

Very bad service disgusting attitude, got a 5 G router in 2020 worked for three weeks only.

After three weeks it stopped working.

Over two months of complaints/assistance requests nothing done to resolve issue all I get is an email from them requesting payment.

This was the only communication from their side and to note only after I stopped paying did not care to assist.

Now I have a lawyers firm calling me at work saying I owe money which is not the case.

I stopped paying due to no service **** service non existent.

After I rep**** to that mail saying they can take their router and shove it they rep**** requesting the address for collection just shower the type of service provider they are.

I will be opening a case of harassment/defamation of character including but not limited to investigating how my personal information was spread to whoever this legal firm is.
