Promo with a WIFI 5 G router uncapped which included FREE Sim cards with data, minutes & sms's. Not activated. They do not work. Support??? Ring Ring for hours NO ANSWER. When you eventually get a technician. WE will escalate the issue. A day and a half later absolutely NOTHING. **** POOR SUPPORT AND SERVICE!!!!
