Rain useless, rude and *******

Rain is Useless.. Quick to take your money but never ever communicates. You ask to speak to someone higher up and they escalate and you never hear from them again. I just lost it wit the employee JANE. Who i explained to that they billed me twice in the same week. And now they want me to pay another R3240 again. This is unacceptable i cannot express how angry i am. She told me i can make a payment arrangement. But how do they want me to pay the amount they debited wrongly again. She told me its my own fault. I cannot believe this is how RAIN treats their clients.

Utterly Useless!!! And i hope they see this and i hope they contact me because i will be waiting... with my lawyer!!!!
