RAIN - useless pathetic service

I purchased a Rain sim for 2nd time about 3 weeks ago. I fall within their coverage area according to their map. I have not yet been able to use product due to no coverage yet am being charged. Numerous calls, when you can get thru, and lots of promises is all I have received. Pathetic service and impossible to get hold of on phone, days go by that their phones just ring and ring, most times 10-15 minutes with no reply time after time. I would now like to cancel my sim asap as it's useless to me.
