RAIN - Useless, Pathetic

I ordered a RAIN data card. It did not work on any of the gadgets I tried it on and it is problematic in terms of fitting into the sim trays. I was charged for a data card I did not use. I subsequently got a replacement sim as it turned out the first card was faulty. Got the second card. Tried with numerous chats to get it activated only to find out that a sim swap was actually needed to be done. To date I did not receive a response from RAIN but I received a mail to say that my card was suspended due to no payment, but the card is still sealed in its original package as I was waiting for it to be active. RAIN has really failed me. Might as well as by the normal mobile sim cards and buy data for that card. I think I would not be having this problem. This is pathetic really. A friend of the family also wanted to buy a card. I told them I am having problems with the RAIN card and that they should wait to see if my issue gets resolved. I guess I will have to tell them to stay away from RAIN. No use trying to get that card, it's useless.
