Rain, Useless network!!
Your service and network SUCKS *****!! I received my router and sim on the 14th Decemeber after numerous calls and emails to this day its not working. On the the 20th i called and cancelled and yge agent co firmed on the call and on email i will receive a refund as it never worked. On the 31st December they took another payment of R529 ********ly. I insist i receive a Full refund, all my money and please collect your router. I will be making a trip to your Bryanston offices if i dont get any satisfaction by the end of this week! I will demand my money and will consult my lawyers!
